A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Shalan has spent years supporting neurodiverse individuals and families with empathy, expertise, and innovation.
Her professional background translates into a powerful commitment to making downtown Logansport welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for all. Shalan’s entrepreneurial spirit and deep-rooted belief in community empowerment make her a valuable contributor to revitalization efforts.

Kelly Harris Rich
Board Secretary, Logan’s Landing / Co-Owner, Harris Glass
As Board Secretary of Logan’s Landing, Kelly Harris Rich brings a rare blend of organizational precision and heartfelt dedication to community progress. Her attention to detail ensures board communications, records, and decisions are accurate, transparent, and aligned with the organization’s mission.
Kelly co-owns Harris Glass with her husband, Tim Rich, it’s a longstanding local business originally founded by her father, Jim Harris in 1963. Her deep roots in the community fuel her passion for revitalization and her commitment to preserving local legacy.
With a strong background in communication and structure, Kelly is a thoughtful listener, a clear writer, and a steady hand in board operations. Beyond her administrative strengths, she’s a passionate advocate for Logansport’s growth and vibrancy. Whether behind the scenes or out in the community, Kelly’s leadership, care, and connection to Logansport’s history make her an essential voice in Logan’s Landing’s journey forward.
Michele Hardy
Treasurer, Logan’s Landing / Owner, Hardy’s Tax and Accounting Services
Michele Hardy is a Certified Public Accountant with 37 years of experience and currently serves as Treasurer on the Logan’s Landing Board of Directors. For the past 17 years, she has operated her home-based business, Hardy’s Tax and Accounting Services, offering trusted financial guidance to individuals and families.
Michele is a proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to three—including energetic twin girls and a grandson. She’s an active member of her church and previously volunteered with Cass County 4-H, supporting youth development and community engagement.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys boating, camping, and exploring the countryside in her UTV, as well as spending quality time with family and close friends. Her deep professional expertise, faith, and love for community make her a valued contributor to Logan’s Landing. Michele is passionate about using her skills and energy to support downtown revitalization and help build a stronger Logansport.
Alisha Byers
Executive Director, Logan’s Landing
Alisha Byers is a born and raised resident of Logansport. She is married to Brandon and is a proud mother of 5 amazing children, Aiden, Riley, Morgan, Marlee, and Mannix. She has built her own business, as well as helped with multiple not-for-profit organizations over the years. As well as volunteering and engaging in many community organizations.
Alisha is also working on her second degree with Grand Canyon University. As well as a member of Logansport Church. Her love for Logansport, and wanting to see it grow, as well as her faith, is what led her to the Executive Director of Logan’s Landing. She brings enthusiasm, experience, leadership, and advocacy to the table. In her off time, Alisha enjoys time with her family, crafting, and singing.
Bill Cuppy
Ex Officio Member of Logan’s Landing/President of Logansport Cass County Chamber of Commerce/President of Cass Logansport Economic Development Organization
As President of the Cass County Chamber of Commerce and LEDF, Bill Cuppy serves as an invaluable Ex Officio member of the Logan’s Landing Board of Directors. His role is more than symbolic. Bill brings strategic alignment, economic insight, and a collaborative spirit that strengthens the connection between downtown revitalization and broader regional growth.
Bill’s deep understanding of local business needs, coupled with his ability to foster partnerships across sectors, makes him a key contributor to Logan’s Landing’s mission. He is a champion for small businesses, a resource for entrepreneurs, and a steady advocate for initiatives that enhance Logansport’s vitality.
Jessica Shannon
Board Member, Logan’s Landing / Real Estate Broker for Modern Real Estate
Jessica Shannon’s love for Logansport began in childhood shopping downtown, dining at local fooderies, and attending community festivals. Today, she lives and works in Logansport, actively contributing to its growth as a member of Logan’s Landing’s Board of Directors.
Jessica spent 27 years in dentistry before transitioning to real estate, where she now serves as a broker with Modern Real Estate. Her passion for helping people continues to shine through in this new chapter.
She married her husband Mike in 2002, and together they share a deep commitment to the community. They enjoy supporting their two sons, Conner and Lucas, who are competitive swimmers and keep the family cheering from the pool deck.
In her free time, Jessica loves relaxing with friends and family, taking long walks outdoors, and unwinding by the water. Her dedication to Logansport and its people reflects a lifelong love for the place she proudly calls home.
Nikki S. Reid
Director, Logan’s Landing / Owner of Trees Camera and The Nest
Nikki was born and raised in Logansport. She graduated from Logansport High School and has lived in Logansport most of her life. Nikki is the owner of Trees Camera Shop and The Nest. She started out in 1974 with the purchase of Trees Camera Shop, and her business has been operating continuously ever since. The camera store carried a full line of cameras, projectors, darkroom equipment and general photographic supplies. When the photographic industry started to change, there was a need to go in a different direction with her business, and The Nest was created. Her vision was that if Trees were to branch out, she could build a Nest. In 1984 the Nest began selling gifts. Now, more than 50 years later Nikki can boast about being one of the oldest businesses in downtown Logansport.
Nikki has two children and six grand kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, is an active member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, is in a bible study group, and enjoys working out at the Logansport YMCA.
